La Cucina del GHIANDA
We aren’t chefs, but we love good food. We cook what we like to eat, as if we were cooking for friends. This is why our menu, although mainly Tuscan, offers meat and seafood dishes from other regions as well, exploring other gastronomic cultures, recipes from friends and a smattering of creative invention. We like to experiment with new dishes, focusing on quality at the same time.
Just a dream at the beginning, the Cucina del Ghianda project has taking shape over time. After years of reflection, with the support, the cooperation and invaluable help of tried and true friends, “Ghianda”, the Chef, took off his doctor’s white jacket, tied on the apron and the adventure began.
The idea, and perhaps the challenge, was to serve dishes prepared with care and the highest attention to quality of ingredients, at reasonable prices. Caressing the palate to satisfy the soul.
We offer three different options, but the quality and competitive pricing remain.

Ghianda means Acorn and that’s the nickname for the Chef. He used to be a Doctor, but he outgrew his white coat. Clearly, Ghianda knows how to operate on a person’s palate. […]
The food, the people, the place is irresistable. You don’t have to be a foodie to love the good doctor ‘s cusine.

Proper tuscan food. I especially suggest ordering their special which is beef thong, but also pastas are fine.
